My wife and I had power go out in our living room area. After trying several other electricians (the issue occurred on a Saturday), I got in touch with Alex, the owner. He tried walking me through a few things to see if it fixed the issue, and when those didn’t work, he made it out to our home not too long after. Alex, who is the owner, was right on time. He found the issue instantly. Alex tried very hard to help over the phone to solve the problem to save me the service charge. I did not completely understand. Most polite young man who also took time to explain how the problem acured. I was Very impressed. Will use him for other jobs which we discussed . Mary T
