I brought my Jeep in to get the inspection done. I was in and out quickly and the atmosphere was great and positive. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I will return here for any or all auto care. Thank you.
My car broke down after a road trip from Ohio to NC. After the weekend my family and I packed up to leave. We hit the road about two hours in my car stops accelerating. It completely stops moving and we’re on the side of the road. We make it back to Ohio later that day. I google search a few mechanics in the area where my car was broken down. I find this guys shop (Tyrell). I see all these good reviews. He toes the car for me and gets it fixed and ready for me to good to drive it back to Ohio. Great service
I’m new to Mount Airy. I called Tyrell and he was able to get me in that day and not only diagnose the issue, which was a HUGE favor, but had my daughter’s car fully fixed in a few hours! He has integrity, honesty, and explained in detail what the problem was and how much it would be to fix upfront. I’ve had a bad past with mechanics, but he will have a lifelong Customer from now on! Couldn’t give him enough praise and recognition! I feel like I can trust him, his motives and his business!
