I was referred to Right Way Auto Repair by my friend who had her car serviced here. Took it to them a couple of weeks ago to get my axels inspected. They were very professional, honest, and upfront with their service and response. We will definitely be coming back here for our auto repair needs in the future.
Used to take all our vehicles here for years, but honestly it's gone down hill. After a number of bad experiences I've had to look for a new mechanic. While I admit they tried to make things right each time, and I give them credit for that, the issues really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Not tightening a drain plug, for example, shouldn't ever happen with a mechanic. I can no longer recommend them, as I no longer go here for service.

After several places took my money and didn't fix the issues I was very happy I found this shop. Dealership customer service without the worry. Systems are very up to date and you receive pictures and video of found issues so you can determine yourself what to fix or at least prioritize.
