Awesome family/veteran owned local dealership. Rich is a stand up guy and really cares about putting out a quality product. I keep an eye on his inventory for what's available next.
Very nice people but I have had many problems with the car , I referred a few people to this place and they all have problems with the cars . Very insufficient and dissapointed in there process . Put more money into the vehicle then it’s worth basically rebuilding the car . Problem after problem ! I’m still having issues and getting in touch with them is aggravating and always closed . Very customer-friendly, down-to-earth buying experience. When the car we were interested in was sold before we got there, Rich (the owner) contacted my wife and offered to find a comparable car. We found a minor problem with the passenger seat in the Saturn VUE we wanted, and Rich worked like a dog in 90+ degree heat to make it right. His easy-going, no-pressure demeanor and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction made for a very good buying experience. It was definitely worth the drive to La Plata.
