I really liked the receptionist. I saw Melissa Smith regularly for a couple of years. She was nice enough, but barely looks up from her computer. She doesn't really give you any strategies or coping mechanisms.It's all about medicine.
The receptionist is the sweetest. I just love her to pieces. She does the best she can to accommodate your needs to schedule/reschedule appointments. Every office needs a Ms. Chrystal!!!!! My therapist is amazing. She knows just what to say to encourage me to have the tough conversations. She is supportive and honest, both of which I need. I love Ms. Lecretia.
