The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is cause you have to pay, Matt that works the front desk and assist Dr F. Is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth people you would ever meet.. Staying drug free starts and ends with you, but have someone like Matt to talk to on staff or by cell has been one of the reasons i stay. I have used Right Track for several years now. I continue to be pleased with the service that they give. They are extremely nice and easy to talk to. There is no jumping through hoops, they have it that makes it easy as possible. I unfortunately made a mistake with my scheduled appointments and they were accommodating and worked with me to get it done. I greatly appreciate their service.
I really like the staff here. They ask questions and take time with you and they are very attentive about patient care. Like most places, they want to just write scripts and send you on your way. Right Track is not like that at all. They really care about their patients. They are always very nice and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend them.
Been going here for a couple years now and I'm have not one bad experience, Matt is very professional and courteous! Never once did he not Dr Frye ever made me feel uncomfortable! Highly recommend getting on the right track and this is the place to do it !
Matt is the best guy to talk to, whether you're having problems or not he is just ALWAYS there! I never thought suboxone would help me, but it did. I was coming off methadone and it took a while for it to work but once it did I was so grateful! Matt along with Dr. Frey are an amazing combo. All I can say is give it a chance!!
