“Right Step” flooring certainly proved that they were the “right choice” for our project..The team that did the job was very professional and did a great job weaving in some new hardwood pieces and refinishing our existing hardwood floor. We would certainly recommend Right Step flooring for anyone needing hardwood flooring installation and refinishing.
Right Step Flooring is a great company to work with. They helped us select a nice product and were very informative about the various flooring options. We had to schedule the flooring replacement around a foundation repair by another company, which ended up taking longer than we expected, and Right Step was very flexible and easy to work with. The finished product ended up being great and we appreciate the excellent customer service every step of the way.
We needed to have all hardwoods on our first floor and front stairs re sanded and stained. This included our downstairs bathroom in which they also changed out the vanity. Needless to say this was a very big job, but their service team worked together to make sure everything was seamless and professionally executed. They also provided an awesome team of movers to move all furniture, including a piano, with exquisite care.
