Excellent service, professional crew , neat and timely, honest , dedicated team. Our floors look fantastic and we are very happy to have chosen them among the four companies we vetted.
The materials that this company uses are excellent. We had two installations done by them, and we are very impressed with the durability. However, as far as the projects go, both times we needed to be hands on in serving as quality control at different stages of the process. For example, on both projects, there was not someone to check the job that the painter the company sent over to do the caulking and painting the stair risers. We had the floors done and the crew did amazing job. Worked around all the furniture and even moved it around to accommodate the install. We have three kids and pets so this was a task but done smoothly.
From estimate to final coat the experience was great. The color didn’t stain exactly so the technician redid the floor until he was satisfied. I was very pleased with the attitude of the owner and the technician ensuring I was satisfied! The supplies were a little overestimated and what wasn’t used was discounted from the final bill. That’s honesty for you! Would used again!
