Very professional and honest. He didn't try to nickel and dime me like others in the industry. Prices are competitive. The job he did was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old carpet looks almost new again!!! He took the time to work on stains from the kids. Also, educated me after on what to do next time there is a spill on the carpet.
