Absolute worst mortgage company I've ever worked with. Being a Realtor I work with them daily. Loan was "perfect" and "super clean file" then get a decline notice with absolute 0 notice or significant reasoning. Got another loan with the exact same numbers with another lender and closed in record time. I'd advise staying far away.
