Over the top customer service. They went out of there way to make sure my RV was in excellent condition and took care of everything I needed. Chet, the manager, was fantastic to deal with.
Crooked, crooked, crooked. They sounded good and honest on the phone...We put a $1,000.00 deposit to hold an RV with clear agreement to drive it and be sure it was the one before buying. The one we wanted was in the shop and we expressed interest looking at different unit that was available on the website too. We were shut down on our interest and strongly nudged toward the original one. Finally, the different one we were interested in was said to have a deposit on it already.
