If I could leave negative stars I would. I book out rides months in advance for my oncology appointments and I can count on one hand using one finger how many times Right Ride bothered to show up. They have caused me to miss several appointments, and they even left me stranded in Gilbert once and I live in Prescott Valley. This company doesn’t care that people are counting/needing a ride to a Dr. appointments. They should have their funding pulled and need to be shut down. Too bad I cannot give it any stars because I wouldn't, made me late for my appointment this morning after I called yesterday to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. in the morning and then when I did call and was put on hold forever and ever and ever I was told no I wasn't scheduled to be picked up until 8:00 a.m. I will never use you sorry people again you suck
My fiance left her phone in their car, got a hold of the driver via my phone. Driver did not answer as to if he would return her phone or not. The fact that this subcontracted transportaion agency (rightride) through MTM & Mercy Care of Arizona hides behind a rightride medical transportation name, there is absolutely nothing right about this transportation provider. It does not have to be responsible or admit errors when countless errors have been made. Who's really to say what their next error will be or what faulty information they'll come up with.
