Called Mr. Rooter for a leaking toilet and they sent this company out. The guy talked up how expensive the work would be out of pocket and to put it on my home owners insurance. Stated he never had a claim denied for this. Guess what? Claim denied and I’m out $1000 for the minimal work they did.

We had a overflow of sewage water from our nearly collapsed sewer line. As all the reviews say, yes, they only rip things out. They do not reinstall. However, if you have homeowners, you should know that you can hire another contractor to replace the stuff that was taken out under the same claim. Im not necessarily mad at them doing the demolition of most of my house. But I am kinda angry that the managers didn’t really inform the employees that came to take stuff out what to do. Mr. Rooter came out to unclog a blockage in our sewer line running from the house to the street which was flooding our basement (Wednesday night). They recommended this company which I believe is owned by the same people to clean the basement floors. Said they would be out the next morning for cleanup. I had a sewer backup in my basement and I didn’t know what to do. I called Mr Rooter and they recommended Right Restoration. The gentleman arrived on time as promised. I met Pete and he was knowledgeable, professional and took care in finding what was wet and what wasn’t. I didn’t know what or how bad it was WOW was I shocked what his equipment was able to see. My father's house had a pipe burst while he was at work. It damaged almost every room in his house. He called his insurance and they said an adjuster would be out in 2 to 3 weeks to assess the damages. I called Right Restoration and they came out the same day and helped minimize the damages. I honestly dont know what we would have done without them. If I ever hear someone in the same situation he was in. I will be sure to refer them to Right Restoration.
