We had a very disappointing experience with this company. On 8/30 Our AC unit was freezing up, so we called for service and a technician named Tony came out. Once he arrived he asked the year of our unit, and once we told him, before even checking anything he said the only solution was to replace the entire unit for $9,860!! We explained that unit still worked, but he didn’t seem to listen or do any real trouble shooting. He was there maybe 15 minutes, collected his payment and left. A very reliable, trustworthy, and professional technician guy liked tech was a great help for my air conditioning and heating repair needs. I am very much grateful by how this company's technician guy handled the required job correctly with no hassles at all. The quality of service I received from them was superior! Tremendous deal!

I called quite a few companies for our broken a/c(in 90 degree heat) and guy was the only one able to come out. I liked that he had incredible reviews and once he was out, I understood why. He was within the time he said he would be, he was quick and efficient and got my a/c back on quickly. I felt the price was very reasonable and I will certainly be calling him again(although I hope not anytime soon!)
The furnace was excellent professional and did not take long. A friend had looked for me and said I probably needed an igniter and that's what it was. The app made it easy to estimate when he would arrive, and he also called.
