After having worked with Shante for several training sessions, I feel I can offer an accurate assessment of her capabilities. I have felt that she is very thoughtful and careful about the exercises that she has provided for me. The exercises are always considered with my capabilities in mind. I think Shante has thought about my weaknesses and what exercises she can best offerto help me achieve my goals of staying physically, active and strong as I age.
The people there are very friendly and helpful.
