I do not typically leave poor reviews for small businesses, however I feel it is needed in this situation. A year ago Right on Roofing was hired to complete an extensive kitchen renovation. Our budget was $60k as this project encompassed almost the entirety of our main floor. We removed walls, an exterior door, a window, and replaced all the flooring. Hired to put down LVP. Did a good job with that except for the kitchen island, I ended up fixing that myself. We put a deposit down (around $4k) to have the treads and risers done and to replace a sliding glass door. Hasn't been back or responding to texts, there are still tools here and the unfinished treads. We just want our deposit back for the work that wasn't started.
