They don’t pay their notary on time. I’ve been trying to get them to pay a cash out refinance I did for them. I had to pay a room fee out of pocket I was told I would get paid within 15 days after signing. After 15 days they lied that they mailed me a check so for the past 3 weeks I’ve been going back and forth with them about my payment. And still nothing.
