Jacob installed our stairlift today. He was very professional! He even swept the carpet when he finished. It was amazing watching the install. Less than 2 hours and we can use it. Highly recommend Right Now Mobility.
Right Now Mobility has been amazing. No long drawn out sales pitch no trying to over sell me on something I did not need. I had a stair lift that the motor went out on and needed replaced. The original company tried to get me into a refurbished model at almost the same cost Right Now Mobility charged me for a new upgraded new model with a much better warranty. Jacob came out and installed the stair lift for mother. He was friendly, punctual and installed the lift quickly and professionally, cleaning up any stray scraps with a portable vacuum. He also explained the operation and safety features of the lift to my mother including following her through a complete cycle of the lift. I called the office about noon Monday and it was installed by noon Wednesday. Very happy with their customer service.
Jacob is a very good and friendly guy and he explained things in detail and answered all the questions I had regarding the installation. I would recommend him to all.
We needed a stairlift as soon as possible. Our staircase was pretty much straight forward and we liked the idea of being able to cut out the middleman.
