I highly recommend this location. The manager Greg was truly exceptional in his customer service and professionalism, and took great care to ensure that I got not only what I needed but a backup plan on hold in case my initial storage rental wasn’t large enough (we ended up needing two). I was there with my children: an active 11 month old and a rowdy toddler; and he was very patient and kind with me even when he could see I was in a pretty stressful situation with my move. Very sad place very unprofessi wasn't even there for 8 hours. I was and I'm a very forgiven time person but I would like to give you a fair warning. I moved out of the storage but I've coupled things there. He said he's gonna watch Over and it's fine. I'm speaking the corporate as I'm speaking now, which I need to speak to them again. Greg was an absolute gem! He was very professional and helpful when we asked to see the unit before we signed a contract. We had just tried with another company and they were fully automated and would not allow us to see the unit without a contract. That seemed shady to us so we came to Right Move Storage where we were treated like humans instead of a number in dollars and cents. It was refreshing!
