I have been a loyal customer for one year paying over what I should have thinking because it’s a climate controlled indoor facility with high tech locks that it would keep my belongings the safest. I have always paid on time even when the prices rose including insurance fees (now I’m wondering what do they cover?). I went to check on my belongings on the 25th and was absolutely disgusted and disappointed!!! There were dead rats and mice roaches and spiders and almost all of my belongings were unrecognized and not salvageable... read more

I was having issues with my unit, contacted the manager several times and nothing was getting resolved until today. I want to thank Grace and Misty for helping me and being very nice and informative.

Paying for storage for our items we are unable to access. Havent been able to access the unit for several weeks now and have been calling with voicemail everytime. They need to hire competent staff and allow us access to the unit we pay for so we can remove our stuff. Its getting to a point we are going to have to involve more people to get in. Calling corporate this morning to figure out why this location had lazy workers who cant even answer a phone.
