I worked with Talita ******** twice- first when I opened mortgage and second time when I refinanced. Both times Talita and her team ( Diego is one of the agents ) helped me. They did an increasable job both times and I’d like to share a story about how Talita makes it work even when it’s impossible. I had a great experience with Right Key Mortgage! Our broker Nataliya was amazing! We were first-time homebuyers during a pandemic and she made the process so easy. She answered all our questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience. She was responsive, professional, and most importantly kind. She treated us as if we were her only clients. I can't recommend Right Key or Nataliya highly enough.
David and Jenny were great! They helped us along each step of the way, explaining things clearly as I was a first time buyer! Kind, friendly, easy to talk to-highly recommended!
