Nino Deguzman was super helpful in our first home buyer experience. He did his research to find us a home within our budget, checklist of wants and location. Nino was helpful in directing us with contacts for a mortgage broker, home inspector, and lawyers After 4 month of signing all the documents, we are finally settled in and we are so happy with place. Wow! Nino Deguzman was the most helpful realtor I have had the pleasure of meeting! I am a first-time buyer, and I had no clue what I was doing or even how to begin the process, but Nino did all the research for me and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and in my budget!
