I went with this company based on good reviews and installed a new ac unit last year. Since the unit was not cooling very well upstairs, I have been trying to contact them, but I got a response saying they are no longer servicing colorado. The experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
This is my second time using their service. Overall pleasant. The technician and his colleagues explained the problems thoroughly, suggested solutions and were thorough in their work. I am pleased and especially happy that they have scheduled reminders on the devices I have around the house. I will definitely recommend their services to others.
