Apparently only the owner can do returns and they aren't always on site. The cashier looked at me like I had offended them. I only wanted to return the item because after getting advice from a salon friend, they said the product would damage my hair. Item was unused and in the original packaging. I should've made a more informed decision. Some fault lies with me. The owner is the only reason this isn't getting 1 star. He was polite and reasonable.
Small black owned beauty supply, great customer service and had exactly what I needed. Glad that I don't have to travel to Essex county so often.
They had everything I needed!
