Everything is fine - until AFTER you buy form them! – They are indeed very nice and helpful - and seemingly honest - until after the purchase. We bought a $450 futon mattress. When we got it home and "tested it" again on the floor - still with the original plastic encasing on it - it didn't seem nearly as soft. However, that wasn't the problem. Got Just what I needed – I can't believe it is soo hard to find a futon AND waterbed store in Houston.. Thank goodness i found Right Futons on Katy Freeway... They were super friendly and had a large selection of futons and frames. I even found some waterbed supplied I had been needing. Ordered and delivered ON TIME and just right.. Thanks Right Futon!!!
Great Selection – I was looking all over Houston for a futon and couldn't find a store with more than three futons to choose from and they were not what i was looking for. Then Right Futon answered the phone and told me that they had over 30 different frames and 8 different futon mattresses to choose from. When I got there I was very happy to see all my choices and to find out that there were over 300 fabrics to customize my futon. I was very happy and it was EASY no high pressure sales!!
