Driver with the license plate cxf-7625 drove like an absolute moron. He cut us off at the lights by Dawson's landing, slammed on the brakes to go 30 at the main lights as soon as you get into to chestermere. Clearly doesn't understand the signs. If he cut us off like that, what corners does he cut doing plumbing???
