I request a refund for one bottle of cola. I was flying out from MIA along with my husband .We attempted to purchase two bottles of cola, however only one dispensed. I attached image documentation of my flights from MIA as I fly frequently . I am also attached an image of a family for the most recent flight in January 2023 where the family also had purchased items from one of your Right choice vending machines and none of the products dispense for them please see images of the family. Need attention
We have been trying to remove these machines from our property for months. Repeated calls, etc... They just keep coming and restocking at odd hours even though we are a HIPAA protected premises and they don't sign in. We will be removing them from our campus one way or another very soon, so if you're reading this COME GET YOUR MACHINES.
