wish I could give 0 stars absolute run around for dumpster service was tight on time and needed the dumpster delivered at scheduled time weeks in advance called on the day of after waiting for hours and was told they are doing "dump runs".. suggest changing the name to wrong choice!
If you want a dumpster delivered late and broken this is the place. If you want them to abandon it at your house for almost a month with no communication of why they won’t pick it up this is the place. If you then receive extra fees for weight restrictions that you were never told about this is the place for you!
was put on the books for a dumpster on a Monday. 545pm I get a text saying their truck broke down. They can’t get a dumpster out to me. I ask about the following day and was told they have no dumpsters available. Had to find another dumpster company last minute while I have a mess of someone’s vinyl siding sitting in their yard. 2nd time this has happened with this company. And the owner has the balls to get cocky on the phone. Terrible terrible customer service. Piss poor communication. Go elsewhere for a dumpster
Highly disappointed in the service I received. I scheduled a dumpster, was supposedly put on their schedule. Dumpster never came and we had to scramble to try and find a replacement all while my messages were being ignored.
