Do not use. Terrible experience - he never completed the permits for the job, he did the job wrong initially, and then after hounding for 3 weeks he finally came out to fix his mistake. After this he ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I will be pursuing partial repayment since he didn't finish the job. Business License Number: 1020448 is under suspension.
I purchased a new water heater in October. It malfunctioned 3 times. Had to call a plumber each time. Last time Manufacturer even supplied replacement parts. Three days ago unable to start pilot again. I called manufacturer and they agreed to replace it. Went to Standard warehouse and choose new water heater. Problem was no plumber could or either didn’t Want to make the switch and install new one for me today.
