I know several brides who booked with them, but I’m not sure why. When I had my consultation with Pam and shared my budget, she sarcastically told me, "Good luck with that." On top of that, it took her over a month to send me a quote, despite my repeated follow-ups—and in the end, she never even sent it. What a shame. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Terrible customer service would rather go without decor than use them
If you're considering a decor and floral company, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We booked their services for my niece's wedding and provided a deposit. However, during our recent appointment, we discovered that nothing had been documented or confirmed in a contract, and they misrepresented the status of our order. DO NOT USE! As someone in the industry, I had specific vendors in mind even before getting engaged. Based on the photos from Right Choice Linen, I reached out to them for my wedding.
