right choice exteriors put the roof on our house in 2018 and claimed it came with a lifetime of the structure warranty. we contacted them to repair a small leak found during a home inspection. the first number we called said he ‘wasn’t the warranty guy’ and gave us a different number to text. we texted that number and never got a a response. this is just another fly by night roofing company who doesn’t make good on their promises.
Terrible experience. We had a brand new roof put on ended up having a leak that ruined the interior of the attic contacted right choice to correct this issue because it’s all under warranty was told that I had the right company but wrong number ended up getting the right number from the person who answered and was told I had to text them to get ahold of them. Just wanted to drop a quick line of praise to you guys. I’ve worked with Ted for 5-6 different roof jobs. Everything from shingle to flat roofs. As well as cash pay to working with my insurance company. From beginning to end your company has kept me well informed of the process, had excellent craftsmanship, and kept an incredibly clean work site(s). I recently had a friend who has been in the “roof sales” business beg me to throw him a bone to do a roof. Being the nice guy that I am I tossed him one. Small job, 1000 sq/ft si... read more
