Right Choice Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond to save our carpet after an emergency spill with several bottles of nail polish. i really thought the red, blue, and black stains would never come out, and i wish i had a before photo because the carpet looked terrible. Luis arrived quickly, got right to work, and did not give up until the carpet stains were fully treated and the area looked clean again. He used a lot of care, patience, and real carpet cleaning skill to restore it. i was amazed by the results and so grateful... read more
Very pleased that they took their time and did a deep carpet cleaning instead of rushing out, because the carpet in this rental had clearly not been cleaned before i moved in and it was extremely dirty. now i feel sure it is as fresh and clean as possible. The 2 technicians, javier and luis, worked well together, were very friendly, and made the whole carpet service easy and comfortable. The scheduling process was also handled well in the end, and even though there was a mix-up with my contact details, the team still made su... read more

Theodore and Javier arrived a little early, were polite, professional, and ready to get right to work. They treated the carpet carefully, cleaned it thoroughly, and finished in a timely way without cutting corners. The whole process felt smooth and well organized, from booking the appointment to the helpful automated updates and reminders. It was clear they take pride in their carpet cleaning service and ... read more
I had a great experience scheduling carpet cleaning for my new home before move-in. I was able to book the service well in advance, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Javier took time to explain each step, went over the cleaning options, and helped me choose what worked best for the carpets. The cleaning made a huge difference. Stains I thought were permanent came out, and the carpets looked and felt much fresher afterward. There had been pet dander left behind by the previous owner, and after the deep carpet... read more
