Very polite, on time, and professional. I spoke to a friendly person on the phone. Luis and Javier came out the same day I called and removed a large, splattered red wine stain from my dining room carpet—completely gone. They also cleaned up other dark, spotty stains that had been there since I moved in. I’m sure the realtor and owner will be pleased. when we moved into our house, the carpets were in terrible shape with big bumps, stains, and dents everywhere. it was clear they hadn't had a professional carpet cleaning before. the team did an amazing job—now our carpets look like new! they stretched the carpet back into place, got rid of all the stains and dents, and did a deep cleaning. we will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again. the price was very reasonable, only $300 for everything, which is so much better than spending thousands on new carpets.
