The customer service was excellent and it was easy to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. Bentley, the technician, arrived on time to provide a quote and explained the process clearly. BEWARE!! This company is NOT located in Ramona! It’s a call center that subcontracts out the work. On Monday I setup an appointment for Friday, so I could have the carpets cleaned at my new house before moving in on Saturday. They told me they would arrive between 10-1. I called at 8am Friday to confirm the time they weee coming. They again said 10-1. At 10:23 they texted saying they had to reschedule for Monday. He managed to remove tough candle wax and gum from the carpet before even starting with the deep steam cleaning. He also vacuumed thoroughly, pulling out a surprising amount of dust.
