We had an absolutely wonderful experience! After moving into our new home in Wayland, we discovered the carpets were much dirtier than we expected once everything was cleared out. Originally, we scheduled a carpet cleaning for later in the week, but after seeing the true condition of the carpets, we called on short notice to see if they could come a day earlier and help with a deep cleaning. I had a fantastic experience with Right Choice Carpet Cleaning. I brought in two large area rugs that had gotten soaked from a bathroom flood upstairs. After having a bad experience with another company that ruined my valuable rug, I was a bit nervous. Shaun invited me to see their facility and walked me through the process. my husband and i are really happy with the carpet cleaning service we received! they did a fantastic job fixing and stretching our carpet, which had some big, old ripples left over from a previous bad installation. trenton and bryson were friendly, easy to talk to, and very honest about what needed to be done. once the work was finished, they also gave us useful advice about how to keep our carpets clean and looking great. it was a great experience and we highly recommend them if you need carpet cleaning or repairs.
Terrible experience. I booked a carpet cleaning a week in advance, gave them my Natick address, and was told they’d arrive between 8–11 AM. I even called at 10 AM on the day of service to confirm, and they assured me the technician would arrive before 11. By 11:15, no one had shown up.
