The technician, Trenton, was actually running early and politely asked if I wanted to start sooner, but I wasn’t quite ready, so he arrived right on time as planned. The carpet cleaning service I used was very professional, friendly, and great at keeping me informed. My appointment was set for a window between 10:30 and 11. Shaun called me ahead of time to let me know they would arrive at 10:45. We had planned to clean two bedrooms and a stairway, but I asked if they could also clean an area rug while they were there. I highly recommend this service for your carpet and furniture cleaning needs. After moving into a new home, our dogs had left some stains on the wall-to-wall carpet that we thought were impossible to remove. Additionally, two rugs were deteriorating because the previous cleaner used the wrong products, and some of our furniture needed a good refresh.
