Had my carpets and couch professionally cleaned this week, and the results were amazing. I have a 2 year old and a dog in a 2 bedroom apartment, so there was plenty of pet hair, stains, and heavy traffic soil, especially near the front door. Preston did a great job with the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, and he was able to remove the problem spots that had been bothering me for a long time. Everything looked fresh, clean, and renewed when he was done. The carpet fibers looked much better, and the couch came out gre... read more
First time using this carpet cleaning service, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The online booking was simple, and the text and email reminders were very helpful. I also appreciated the phone call with the arrival time update before they got to my home. Preston and Trenton were friendly, funny, and very professional. They cleaned the two bedroom carpets efficiently and kept me updated on their progress along the way. It was clear they had a solid carpet cleaning system and knew how to get great results ... read more
After buying our new home, we knew we wanted a trusted carpet cleaning service again because we had such a great experience before. As we settled into our new place, we wanted to stay ahead on floor care and keep everything as clean and well mainta... read more
Right Choice Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job at my home with carpet cleaning and carpet stretching, and I was really impressed with the careful detail throughout the work. They did a great job blending the cleaned and refreshed carpeted areas so everything looked neat and consistent with the rest of the home. Preston was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions about getting the house ready to rent, including what services would help the carpets look their best for new tenants. The whole experience was smoo... read more
Our almost new 8x10 carpet was badly stained during a home floor repair when finish got on it, and then the spot was made worse by bleach during an attempted cleanup. We needed fast carpet stain repair for the damaged 4x6 area and reached out right away. Right Choice Carpet Cleaning sent Preston to inspect it, and he was honest that the carpet damage might be difficult to fully fix, but he would do everything possible to restore it. Within a few days, he carefully treated the stained section, removed the finish marks, and ha... read more
