I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I had my carpets, couch, throw rugs, and tile cleaned, and everything looks incredible! The tile grout appears brand new! The job was completed much faster than I expected; I thought it would take all day, but it was done in just half a day. Danny was very friendly and polite, taking the time to answer all my questions. We really appreciate Jordan and his carpet cleaning services, and we've been using the company for three years now. He often offers great specials, and more importantly, does an excellent job. He is always on time and does his best to accommodate our scheduling needs. What I value most is that he calls if he’s ahead of schedule or slightly behind. We love being kept informed. We also enjoy that the carpets dry quickly and that the scent is pleasant but not overpowering. We won’t choose anyone else!
During a recent freeze, our hot water heater froze and caused a flood in our home while we were away. When we found out, we called a carpet cleaning service, and they assured us that someone would arrive first thing in the morning. The technician quickly came in, extracted water from the carpets, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning my rug, and I appreciated the tips they provided on how to help it dry more quickly. One suggestion I have is for the scheduling window to be shortened. A time frame from noon to four, or even noon to three, would be more convenient, as it can be challenging for someone to stay home all day. I believe it's possible to adjust the schedule while still managing other logistics effectively.
