i scheduled carpet cleaning for my parents’ home. craig arrived on time, was very patient and respectful with my elderly parents, and answered all their questions. on the day of the service, he showed up early, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job cleaning their carpet and rugs. the carpets looked fresh and spotless after he finished! i’m glad to see such hardworking and honest people still providing great service and value.

My carpets had a lot of stains from my puppy, but now they look brand new with no smell or leftover marks. My experience with this carpet cleaning service has always been excellent. I have them come out every few months because we have two dogs, and they always leave our carpets smelling fresh with no sign of pet odor. Once, we had a toilet overflow and water got onto the carpets. I called right away, and Ruben arrived quickly.
