I can’t recommend Everett and Leo enough for carpet and floor cleaning. I wish there were 10 out of 5 stars because their work was that good. They did an amazing job on the carpets and nearby floor surfaces, and the quality was far better than other carpet cleaning services I have used before. We walked through every room together to point out traffic lanes, spots, and problem areas, and they treated each one with care. I was really stressed because our living room carpet had gotten out of hand. There were pet stains, a few old coffee spots, and heavy traffic-lane soil that made the carpet fibers look flat, dull, and gray no matter how much I vacuumed. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Right Choice Carpet Cleaners. We paid $279 to have a large sectional professionally cleaned. Our original appointment window was 9:00–11:00 a.m. Just before 9:00, we were told they needed to reschedule us to 3:00–5:00 p.m. When no one had arrived by 4:40, I called and was told the technician would arrive a little after 5:00. I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment on very short notice, which was a big help. My technician, Leo, worked incredibly hard and did everything needed to get the carpets cleaned well. Even though there were some equipment issues during the visit, he stayed focused, kept working through the challenges, and made sure the job was completed with great results.
