They cleaned my kids' room, living room, and even refreshed a couple of bar stools. The kids' room was dry before they even started on the living room. My cats were around during the cleaning, but they weren't bothered by any chemicals. With kids and pets in the house, my carpets looked 10x better after they finished. From the very first phone call, I felt well taken care of. The representative answered all my questions and helped me schedule my appointment smoothly. When the technician, Leo, arrived, he clearly explained the entire carpet cleaning process. His expertise was evident, and the professionalism of the business was impressive. Tried making an appointment for steam cleaning and was hung up on by an extremely rude person while I was trying to to find look up information for them...completely unprofessional.
This place is a joke. Scheduled a service-was a no show; got suckered into scheduling again-and again a No Show; I dont think it is a legitimate service. Avoid.
Leo responded to my email within a few hours, and quoted a very affordable price. He and Everett arrived on time, were friendly, and highly meticulous. They explained their carpet cleaning process, then got right to work. It's clear Leo truly enjoys his work and takes pride in a job well done, and the transformation of my carpet was remarkable!
