Everett did an amazing job cleaning two very dirty carpets in my Santa Cruz home. leo was prompt and very polite! he explained the whole carpet cleaning process to me, even though i've used this service for years. the carpet installer first suggested them, and i've been calling them ever since. even when we had pet stains, they worked with us patiently until everything was fresh and clean. today leo made sure we were happy with how our carpets looked before leaving. also, the woman who answered the phone was super helpful and friendly when setting up our appointment in santa cruz.
