Katie and Natalie were a joy to work with. I was a bit surprised at all the documentation they needed but they, along with my commercial banking team at Fidelity Bank of NC made the process seamless and easy. 10 out of 10. Never had a bad experience with anything related to Fidelity Bank of NC. Could not recommend them enough!
The worst experience ever. Amber won't call you unless she needs something from you. I've been in my home for almost 4 months and just found out they need more of my bank info that Kasey said the underwriter forgot. They can't get it together and expect me to take more time from work to get the information they need. Is this the first mortgage you ever done. Would not recommend and definitely won't use them again. Thinking about pulling all my accounts from this so called bank.
Katie just called me after I asked to see an estimate and said she didn't have any of the documents that I sent in earlier in the week and argued with me that I didn't send them in. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and responded in kind. Tell her she shouldn't be telling her clients they didn't do something when they did. I don't want my money going to someone that's arguing with me, so that'll be all, thanks.

Phenomenal experience; seamless process! Erin and Jaime are THE BEST. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Erin is the most personable professional I’ve ever worked with. with. He and Jaime were very responsive and handled things with the utmost efficiency. Erin even answered my questions on the weekend. Highly recommend!
