This is a review of the Bethany Beach studio. There are approximately ten standard reformers. I have taken many level 1.5 and 2 classes, mostly with instructors Christine and Martha. They are both skilled at keeping a good flow to the class, and providing correction and modifications when needed. I would prefer more upbeat/contemporary music, but that hasn’t taken away from the class experience.
Great 1.5 Pilates class with Stacy this morning One of the best I’ve taken this summer. Challenging but do-able. Stacy is true to Pilates principles and gives detailed, accurate cues.
Stacy’s class this morning was terrific, challenging and different! She is extremely knowledgeable! Best part of my week!
Instructor never showed up!!! Members were waiting 30mns outside cold weather. No further information was given ahead of time.
