Very disappointing experience. The mechanic acted like he was the best in Melbourne, but he could not properly diagnose my car problem. He first blamed the key and said he needed an LPG expert. He never gave a clear price and kept delaying answers. When I questioned the work, he became defensive and accused me of blaming him. Poor communication and lack of technical knowledge.
I had a fantastic experience at Right Auto Works! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to listen to my car concerns and thoroughly explained the issue and the repair process. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price, which is always a relief.
