Working together with Right at Home Haldimand has been such a huge breath of fresh air. From the very start, Amber came to our house to go over everything, and find out what our needs were. We felt very listened to. We have two different staff help us with our respite care. Katey on Saturday and Brittney during the week. Both are so well informed.
