Right at Home is an exceptional company for care. The owner, Bill Sohn, and his care managers Catherine and then Emer, all have a warm and personal touch when it comes to supporting families. My mother was especially fortunate to be cared for by Akash, who was able to perfectly anticipate her needs and treated her like his own mother. Thank you Right at Home, I am grateful to have found such an ethical and responsible company.

I used Right at Home when I went for surgery in Vancouver. I was put in contact with them by the co-ordinator at False Creek. From the moment she reached out to them, it was nothing but efficient. I let them know what I needed by email and then we touched base by phone. They made sure I was taken care of to the upteenth degree. They knew more about what I would need than I did. After taking care of my late husband for so many years and I feel that I need help for both mentally and physically, I reached out to look for help, I found Right at Home and asking for help. Right at Home sent caregiver over stay with my late husband which allowed me to go out for a few hours to do my own thing. It was a huge relief for me. I really appreciated that I got help from Right at Home. I highly recommend it.
Bill is the nicest person I have dealt with in the field so far. he is warm,compassionate and always ready to help. he was available 7 days a week even in the later parts of the evening. He is very reliable. the quality of people that came into the house has been top notch. 100%recommend it.
