I needed some information to help a friend, and Rev Tony Aguilar took time after hours to speak with me and help me. Even after we both realized our needs are not an opportunity for his agency, he sent me a referral for assistance and tried to point me in the right direction. This kind of customer service, simply taking a few minutes to help someone because you can, is what the world needs more of. Thank you.
