This company is excellent. After finally getting my Mom on medi-cal, we were assigned a helper from Right at Home. Her name is Sara, and she is a total godsend. She has quickly become my Mom's new bestie. Sara is loving, patient, hard-working, and extremely personable. She goes above and beyond what her job responsibilities require. My Mom literally counts down the days each week, until her next visit, because she loves her and they have so much fun together. We want to give giant thank you's to Darleen for fulling our needs in getting us signed up and taken care of the same day. She knew how desperately we needed help with my Mom and went above and beyond to get everything squared away in a matter of hours. Her Aide Coordinator, Veronica, was on top of it instantaneously and had a Caretaker lined up within a couple of hours. We were beyond exhausted, and both Darleen and Veronica made miracles happen. I'm a quadriplegic and having a caregiver is critical. The experience from on boarding me as a client, through assigning caregivers, and ensuring I have one has been outstanding. The people they provide are well trained and really care. More importantly, I never have to worry if a caregiver will be there when I need one. Right at Home helped me find the perfect caregiver for my 95-year old mother. In spite of an unorthodox time schedule, they stayed with me and after a couple of «false starts» we found the right fit.
