When I first contacted them, I explained that I needed care for my mother on specific days and times, but I was very clear that I was still working out the logistics and would confirm details later. This agency is the worst. Ruby doesn't return calls or emails. She doesn't listen to patients needs or request. She schedules how she wants. Not what we requested. We are going to a different agency thanks ruby

UPDATE AUG 24 2025 Over a month later. No one from the company ever reached out. No investigation. No accountability. Just to recap. They illegally left a 100% service-connected disabled vet (with terminal, stage 4 cancer) in the car and clocked-out because the aide was 10 minutes "over time" coming back from a dr's appointment. We pulled in the driveway and I was left in the car, with my wheelchair in the trunk, and no way to get in the house on my own. This resulted in an emergency room visit.
