I have been extremely happy with Right at Home. The entire process from initial evaluation to where we are now (established, satisfied customer) has been completed in a professional manner. Many suggestions were given on resources available based on mom’s health status during initial evaluation Caregivers have been prompt for each appointment and the one time there was a miss, I received a call advising me of the situation. I canceled my service. I am still waiting for a refund. I am told it has been mailed, but it has been almost a week and I have still not received my money.

Right at Home was amazing. Very professional, compassionate and dependable. Their staff have your family's needs and desires at their best interest and will go out of their way to help you in your time of need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
