We have been using right at home for almost 2yrs. I have 0 complaints everyone I have worked with have been kind, compassionate, caring not only for the person they are caring for but me as well. They answer promptly, workout any issues quickly and thoroughly, adjust to changes that may happen quickly and the aides have been top of the line. thank you all for be so reliable and helpful! from Curtis and I.
We used Right at Home's services for a month following an intense surgery for a family member. The caregivers were absolutely excellent, being very capable, on-time, and went above and beyond, with one particular visit by a caregiver running many hours over while taking my family member to the ER for what was thankfully not a problem. I also really enjoyed working with the office team coordinating schedules and such.
