Melissa Major came into our lives on February 9, 2026 as an aide for Lynn Davis. In just a few weeks, Melissa has become an integral part of our lives. She is capable and compassionate. Melissa doesn’t do just what we ask of her. She does so much more. She takes the initiative by anticipating Lynn’s needs without encroaching upon his independence. 1st positive is Right At Home answers their phone. They are very helpful with scheduling, availability, etc. I went into hospital for what was thought to be a minor procedure but ended up being open heart surgery. Melissa was with from start to finish. She was my eyes and ears when I needed her, took notes, stayed in contact with my family, and wouldn't leave until she knew I was safely tucked in for the night. I am and will be forever grateful for Right At Home and especially for Melissa's care and attention.

This service is incredible. Very reliable. My mom loves her aides and they are so good to her. They even alert me to skin or other issues I might have missed that need medical attention. Someone always answers the phone right away and immediately tends to any rescheduling if I need it. Don't hesitate to use this service. Very well run business with heart of gold. We are very happy.
