I cannot say enough wonderful things about Right at Home in Castro Valley. I first spoke with Debbie when I thought we’d need nighttime care assistance for my mom. I was met with genuine compassion, professionalism, and obvious dedication to quality care. II turned out we didn’t require assistance then, but Debbie continued to check in with me to see how my mom was doing, which we truly appreciated. Ronke and Angelica are SO great to work and communicate with. They are always on top of their communication and ensuring that our dad is taken care of in the best possible way. They are flexible and so thorough. Our fathers’ caregiver, Alexander, is extremely helpful, thoughtful, and compassionate. Our dad always looks forward to the days that Alexander is there with him. Right-At-Home looked for a caregiver that fit my husband’s personality. They watched baseball together and the caregiver read baseball trivia from the book I purchased for them. I highly recommend them. They were so caring and kind.They were a Blessing for me and my husband. Thank you.
