Terrible, the owner Jim, has racist clients, and trys too start conflicts think before you apply here or interview, they even recently had a theft of a client, the caregiver was the thief, then his side kick she's a nitemare, control freak, belittling, micro managing, pure physco, think before you work here, and definitely think about your loved ones this place a really gone down hill...

I am currently in school to become a nurse but, I have worked for rah as a nurse aid/CNA and absolutely loved it! Jim is the owner and he is so nice and caring. Holli is the director there and she is also amazing.I have seen first hand, they really go above and beyond for not only their clients but the staff as well. They are a great team and I was so fortunate to work for this wonderful company!

Right at Home west was a great experience for our family. Very caring staff both at the office and the caregivers. They quickly found us qualified people and if we were not happy with them they exchanged who came in. Even when a caregiver had to call off someone came to stay with my parents until they could get another caregiver or I could get there. Very easy to set up and very personable. We were very pleased with them.

I would like to thank the entire staff for their loving and compassionate care of my 97 yo mom. Jim, the owner, has created an environment of kindness and compassion that is evident in every staff member and caregiver with whom I have spoken. The caregivers and entire team have gone above and beyond for my mom with patience and compassion. Their focus truly is the well-being of the patient.
