We are pleased to have Taylor as our overnight caregiver for mom. Taylor is helpful, caring, intelligent and shares information with us that is useful in taking care of mom. Taylor can redirect mom when she is afraid or confused and Taylor takes the time to talk with her to help keep her calm while my sister can get a decent nights sleep. Also, when Taylor was away Laquanna was a fill in for a couple of nights. Laquanna also took the time to be with mom and was also helpful in redirecting her at night and keeping her calm. I think the caregivers I had were all outstanding.. The caregiver Taylor, would sit down with my brother and help him read his magazine and help him remember the actors that he so much enjoyed and than he would start to talk about them and the movies they were in and how many children they had etc.. And Doria was So gentle with my brother..
